These are saved in jpg format at 72 ppi and no more than 1620 x 1080 pixel size.
For a landscape format image 1620 is the longest edge.
For a portrait format (vertical Image) the longest edge is 1080 pixels.
If you have cropped the image in any way, make sure that what ever your longest edge is, it is not longer than the above pixel lengths.
